There may be times where reports are submitted and it is not safe or appropriate to inform an individual of a report.
Such instances may include but are not limited to:
- When informing an individual could endanger that individual or their health and safety.
- When informing an individual may endanger the health and safety of others.
- When the report is deemed serious enough to involve the Police or other authorities.
In such instances, the Deputy Director of Academic and Student Services will make a decision in conjunction with further guidance from internal and/or external stakeholders on how to proceed.
